Using Date widget and after providing input in dd/mm/yyyy format , it randomly changes to some other dates like 21/10/2016 -> 30/21/2016 Screen shots included.

I am including the problem mentioned above, as i can't understand why default date widget it displaying othertime, when i am selecting something else and for every month, MM is 30, whether it is nov,dec,sep,oct... etc..... and even if I provide date format dd/mm/yyyy, it displays in mm/dd/yyyy format.please sort it out.
