Adding groups and selected users in a variable based list

Hi guys,

I need to implement a variable list widget with users to view but not edit the forms. In addition, the requester also wants to have the option to add an entire role without going over select each all users of this group. What you think that is the best choice to implement this solution?

Hi Toni,

As you could have a list of users to pick from to choose the validator for the next step of the process, you'd like the same system but in order to select the "viewers" for the next step ?

Or are you talking about allowing users to be able to view a certain step for all the processes ?
