I changed my profile to Designer.
Tried to go back to Administrator without success. How can I change it back to Administrator?

Also, Is it possible to add users with the 30 days trial version?

Thanks

Hi,
If you go to Account->Users and select user, you can see there are only two profile types-Administrator and User. You can click on pencil icon and edit the configurations and save it.
Once you are Admin, you can add other users by clicking on New User button.

Can you explain where you get the Designer as profile type?
Please find attached screenshot for your reference!

Thanks,

Hi Madhuri,

User / Administrator are platform profiles, but Designer (and also Supervisor, User, Translator and Observer) are projects access rights.
Therefore, the Designer role is configured at the project level, through the Access rights tab of your projects :

I was never able to solve the issue.
So created a new trial account but cannot create a user with my email address, probably due to already exists.
Could you please delete my old account?

Thanks

Thank you both.
The pencil in Account->Users is grayed out.
See enclosed screenshot.

Hello Alejandro,

We've extended your free trial for one month and put your profile as an ADMIN.
If you change your profile to USER and you're the only USER on the account you won't be able to put it back to ADMIN.
