Bug issue

Hello Support ,

I am trying to initiate an instance in Live mode , But I got an error when I open My Dashboard as below :

"Gateway Timeout (504) - The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely response from the upstream server specified by the URI (e.g. HTTP, FTP, LDAP) or some other auxiliary server (e.g. DNS) it needed to access in attempting to complete the request"

Would you please help me , because I have to implement a lot of changes with create a new Version.
