Timeouts on submitting webform - going to next screen

Hello everyone,

I have a webform that continued a process upon submission of the webform (manual task screen). The action of the button is to Continue the process with the option selected to Load Next Screen.

This sometimes works, but more frequently it is timing out with a message saying the next screen cannot be loaded.

There is nothing in the workflow that should prevent the next screen from loading. There are not steps of integration with Google or any other web services.

Is anyone else experiencing timeouts of any kind on the platform?

Hi,

Load next screen will only work if the next manual task is opened immediately after submit - less than 30 seconds max and considering user experience less than 5 to 10 sec.

Also,if you have manual task in a sub process, check "Nested Process" option in configuration of parent process.

If problem persist, please revert back.

There is no function delay that should be present.  The next screen should open within 10 seconds
