Hello,

I've updated and passed an new version in Production with a parent process launched by timer. More than 8 hours later, the process was automatically trigerred by timer but with the previous LIVE version, not with the latest one

Regards
Yves

Hello Sweta,

The doc. is well done but it doesn't relate to my bug.
Try the following : create a project with 2 simples processes which just sends an email 'Hello P_version = ${P_version} + a few text'.
1st process is launched by a manual interface and 2nd process is trigered by timer
You change slightly email body and create a new version V2.
Then in LIVE mode, you launch the 1st process via the webinterface : the V2 version is used but the process trigered by meail will keep on using V1 version and will not reflect the new email body content.

Hope it clarifies the bug.
Let me know the solution please

Hi Yves,

I am not able to reproduce issue you are facing .

All new process instances are running with new version and not with old version for both timer and manual process.

Could you please check once again and revert back.

Hello Sweta

Find 3 screenshots :
- version history
- email manually generated via WI with email body = 'Hello P_version = ${P_version},,'
- email generated via a timer with settings : start date ='now', unlimited repetion and 'delay between reps'= 1 hour. By the way, note that it takes between 30mn and 1 hr to have the process initiated / 1st email sent : the 'now' is not immediate.

You can see that manual email use the latest version whereas timer trigered email use the previous version

Regards
Yves

Bonsoir Murali,

Yes the issue persists.
I would say that :
- if (current time when the LIVE version is created + delay between reps) < start date : it works well. Eg I configure the start date as now + 3 days with a delay between reps = 1 day.
- - if (current time when the LIVE version is created + delay between reps) > start date : it doesn't workl. Eg I configure the start date as now + 1 hour  with a delay between reps = 1 day.
I will be in the US next week and not available for screen sharing. I will propose you a date once I'm back

Regards
Yves
