Dear good morning, for a few days I can not add activities in the process directly,

Hi there,

Check the process by adding end event to activity.
If not possible then, check once by recreating new project and new process.
Let me know in detail if you still face the same issue.

Hello, The problem persists, create a project as an example and not allow me to add activities, nor the final event. The case of the gates if it can be added. regards

Hello,

You can add the activity and end event from the drop-downs available just above the designing area. Drag and drop the items you want from the list. Please refer screenshot for your reference.

I can not add any element directly, before I could do everything without problems. The blank process creates it as a test and this is reflected in all the projects already created.


Check with another partner to see if you have this problem and also present it.


Or there is a restriction or changes to the tool

Hello Jose,

This issue arises because, Adobe flash player needs update. Now Adobe has just release a patch for Flash (26.0.0.131) that fix this issue.

To update your plugins on Chrome:
  1. Open chrome://components/ or chrome://plugins/ (depends your Chrome version)
  2. Update Adobe Flash Player plugin
On other Web browser, install the update via https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
