I'm currently evaluating RunMyProcess to replace a load of legacy Lotus Notes applications we have.

We use google apps, and I was just wondering if there was a way to import all the users in our domain into RunMyProcess, so that I can assign them to roles etc...?

Hi Alex,
Yes,you can do that. There are providers and connectors available in Run My Process namely "Google Apps APIs" through which you can access Google Apps domain from Run My Process. You can use the connector namely "Get All user of an Apps Domain" present in Google Apps APIs to import all the users from Google to RMP domain.

Thanks & Regards
Bidisha

Hi Alex,

First of all, make sure that you have licences enough to import them into you RMP Account.

Other hand, would you agree if we import a project into your account?

Finally, if you agree and are ok with licences, I suggest you to send me one of Google Domain admin email address and your OAuth Key.

Best regards.

We are at the evaluation stage at the moment, I was more interested in how to do it, not actually looking to do it right now.

If / when more users would be added to google apps, could we re-run the importer to keep users sync'd in RunMyProcess?

Hi Alex,

Yes it's possible to create a Scheduled process that synchronizes RMP users with RunMyProcess ones. If you want us to set it up for you, you can contact me inbox.

Best regards.
