ROR release 2.4 and ROR / OpenAlex webinar next week

Release 2.4 of the ROR registry is now available! This release adds 386 records and updates 381 records, bringing the total number of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in ROR to 122774. As always, new and updated records are immediately available in the ROR API and can be downloaded from Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17178491. 

Next week, we'll be co-presenting at a webinar hosted by OpenAlex on "Accurate Affiliations, Accurate Attributions." The webinar will take place on Thursday, March 19th at 3pm UTC and will feature new affiliation linking correction capabilities in OpenAlex and will explain how ROR curation works and how it helps improve institutional research tracking.
