ROR release 1.71 and materials from ROR Community Call

Hi all,

Release 1.71 of the ROR registry is now available. This release adds 501 records and modifies 482 records, bringing the total of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in ROR to 119049. Looking forward to that 120k milestone!

As always, new and updated records are immediately available in the ROR API and can be downloaded from Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17178491.

Also, the slides and recording from last week's ROR Community Call are now available at https://ror.org/events/2025-09-16-ror-community-call/. Highlights:
