ROR release 2.12 (and, belatedly, 2.11)

Hi all, 

Release 2.12 of the Research Organization Registry is now available! Release 2.12 adds 1688 new records and updates 2900 existing records, bringing the total number of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in ROR to 137,398. 

Also, apologies for not sending the announcement of the release of 2.11 to this list: we did announce it on social media, but I was out on vacation when it came out on August 3rd. (Ask me about Montmartre!) Release 2.11 added 3173 new records and updated 309 records.

As always, new and updated records are immediately available in the ROR API, and the latest version of the whole registry can be downloaded from Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6347574. 

Two additional reminders! First, we'd love your feedback on the demo of a new ROR web search UI. To play around with and/or test it, go to https://demo.ror.org/, and to give feedback, submit a feedback issue on the ROR roadmap.
