ROR registry release v1.17

Hey all,
Today we've released version 1.17 of the ROR registry. This release adds 62 records and updates 257, which brings the total number of records in the ROR registry to 104,402, including active, inactive, and withdrawn records. Read more in the release notes.
The latest data dump is available as always on Zenodo, with the latest version available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7448410. Please note that the latest data dump release number is 1.17.1, since we issued a small bug patch to v1.17.
