ROR release 2.10

Hi everyone,

Release 2.10 of the Research Organization Registry is now available! Release 2.10 adds 3491 new records (!!) and updates 2920 existing records, bringing the total number of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in ROR to 132,537. 

As always, new and updated records are immediately available in the ROR API, and the latest version of the whole registry can be downloaded from Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6347574.
