ROR release 1.47

Hi all,

There's a new release of the ROR registry! Release 1.47 adds 204 records and updates 366 records. As always, the new and updated records are immediately available in the API, and the latest data dump is available at https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.6347574

Note too that the recording and slides from the May ROR Community Call are available at https://ror.org/events/2024-05-23-ror-community-call/. We heard more about v2 of ROR, learned about the project to add language codes to ROR records, and found out about publisher identifiers in DataCite schema 4.5.
