ROR release 1.70 and next ROR Community Call

Hi everyone,

Now available: release 1.70 of the Research Organization Registry! This release updates 346 records and adds 177 records, bringing the total number of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in the registry to 118548. As always, new and updated records are immediately available in the REST API and can be downloaded from Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6347574.  

Our next ROR Community Call will take place on Tuesday, September 16th and will feature Atypon Senior Product Manager Patrick Hargitt to tell us about ROR in one of the most widely-used scholarly publishing platforms. We'll also give you an update on some recent behind-the-scenes technical work to improve the stability of the ROR API and give you a preview of what's coming in the next few months.
