Next ROR data dump will contain CSV and JSON files

Hi all, 

By popular demand, we'll be publishing a CSV version of the ROR data dump with each release (in addition to the JSON file), starting with the next release, which is planned for Thurs 16 Mar.

For integrators, this means that the data dump zip will contain 2 files instead of 1, so if your code currently expects only 1 file, you will need to update it to check for the JSON file. A sample data dump with both files is here https://github.com/ror-community/ror-data-test/blob/main/v1.20-2023-02-28-ror-data.zip (note: this is a test repository, and this is not an official ROR data dump!)
