ROR registry release v1.9, plus a new name and address for this group

Hi ROR users,

We have released v1.9 of the ROR registry. With this release, the total number of organizations in the registry inches ever closer to 103,000 -- the current total is 102,930. This release includes the addition of 618 Funder IDs on their corresponding ROR records and many Funder ID assignment corrections as part of the ongoing reconciliation between ROR and Crossref's Funder Registry. The latest data dump is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7186980; don't forget that you can retrieve new records programmatically from the data dump using Zenodo's API instead of querying the ROR API.

Housekeeping note: we (okay, I) have renamed this group to the ROR Technical Forum and have changed the email address to ror-...@ror.org. You can also read and post to this group on the web at https://groups.google.com/a/ror.org/g/ror-tech if you prefer. Everything else remains the same!
