ROR Schema 2.1 draft proposal open for comment through Nov 11

Hi all,
We've got a proposal for a small, non-breaking change to the ROR schema open for your perusal and comment through November 11th. We're proposing to add name and code elements for both country subdivisions (e.g., the Aichi prefecture in Japan, the Saskatchewan province in Canada, and the state of Minnesota in the US) and continents (e.g., Africa, South America, Asia) to version 2 of the ROR schema. We've received several requests from ROR users for these fields to be added, and we think this is both simple enough and important enough to prioritize.

We’ll give a summary of the responses and discuss implementation at the ROR Community Call on November 20th.
