100% self contained install and files to run everything on Windows OS

(mingw is needed for compiler, but verialtor exe and dll are included)

there is a very primitive simulation model of SmartFusion MSS, it is really primitive but it includes the eSRAM model that is accessed over FIC_0 AHB interface.
