Board Updates:
Beagle
Few months ago BeagleV Ahead yocto support was upstreamed in meta-riscv.
Program Updates:
Arch Linux
JH7110 and D1 boards are now working with the repository kernel. Fixes to Arch’s inhouse initrd generation tool are needed, and also kernel patch. D1 finally works again with the upstream kernel after March.

Tips for those having a Milk-V Mars evb like me: The EEPROM is empty and write protected, which prevents u-boot from detecting the RAM size correctly. Not sure why u-boot and the linux kernel have different default RAM set in the DT, but you’ll need to edit the copy in u-boot source code to workaround this.
Debian
Rust-* packages’ tests was really slow on riscv64 from Debci’s view. Some Debian people suspect that rust toolchian was not optimised on riscv64.
rust-prost on debci
Oreboot
TH1520 oreboot DRAM init is done and mostly working - some bug hunting left
Writing to it currently hangs, but values read back from training etc. are looking good so far 😅

Layoffs at SOPHGO a few months ago, which have adversely affected the release date for the SG2380 and thus the Milk-V Oasis: https://community.milkv.io/t/introducing-the-milk-v-oasis-with-sg2380-a-revolutionary-risc-v-desktop-experience/780/144
