ROMA Laptop Debug Port

Hi everyone!

We have helped pass along questions about the ROMA Laptop and how to get access to it.  Chuck Yang (chuck...@deepcomputing.io) was helpful in providing a user guide for the ROMA Laptop serial debugging tool.  The hardware setup requires a 12-pin FPC cable and a serial adaptor board.
