nezha-d1

Hi,

I'm not part of the devboard project, but I bought myself a nezha-d1 over the holidays and have been playing with it since it arrived. So far I find it to be a great little board!

My tinkering has inspired a patch to meta-riscv: https://github.com/riscv/meta-riscv/pull/387

as well as a patch to the U-Boot fork: https://github.com/smaeul/u-boot/pull/5

Eventually I will be including it as part of my "coordinated holiday lights" project.
