📖 Day 31 — Wednesday, April 9: The Power of the Cross-Shaped Life📖 Luke 9:23 If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. 📖 Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me... To carry your cross is not just to endure hardship—it’s to embrace a lifestyle of surrender. The cross is not just a moment in Jesus’ life; it is the model for ours. A cross-shaped life means living in the tension of death and resurrection, of giving up to gain, of decreasing so He may increase. ✝️ Where is God asking me to die to myself today? ✝️ How does my daily life reflect the sacrifice of Christ? ✝️ Am I living for my comfort, or for His glory? The world is changed by those who carry their cross—not just wear one. 🙏 Lenten Prayer: Jesus, help me live a cross-shaped life. Teach me to follow You not just in words, but in my willingness to lay myself down daily. Amen.
