Day 26: Endurance for the Harvest 📖 Galatians 6:9 “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Lent often reminds us of the importance of endurance. As we fast, pray, and serve, we may not always see immediate results. Yet, the promise of God is sure—the harvest will come if we do not give up. In the work of multiplication, endurance is vital. Whether you’re leading, teaching, serving, giving, or discipling others, you will face moments when you question, “Is it working?” You may feel unseen, underappreciated, or even burned out. But remember: God sees, God knows, and God is faithful. Your labor is never in vain when done for the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). The seeds you are planting now will, in time, produce a harvest, sometimes beyond what you will live to see. 🌾 Endurance is needed for: ✅ Missional engagement—the work is hard, but lives are being touched. ✅ Leadership development—it takes time to grow healthy leaders. ✅ Biblical fidelity—it may not always be popular, but truth is never wasted. ✅ Gospel impact—you may not always see the fruit immediately, but trust the process. 💠Reflection: 👉 Am I tempted to quit where God is asking me to endure? 👉 What is God producing through my endurance that will eventually multiply? 🙏 Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to endure. Teach me to trust that in due season, You will bring a harvest. Amen. |
