Hi everyone!

Here are the minutes from Monday night's Senate! Some important announcements: 

1. Announcements

1. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness has asked for our help in making survey questions for the Fall Survey of All Students (SAS). Solomon will be sending out more information on that soon.

At Monday's Senate, Alison (IVP) presided over the meeting in place of Solomon. We discussed some changes to the annual Fall Retreat (aka Leadership Conference). We decided that the retreat will be split into two parts: the first two hours will be mandatory and focus on Rice and Student Association specific issues, the second half will have optional breakout rooms discussing advocacy, professional development, and beyond the hedges outreach.
