                      Friday, April 6 and Saturday, April 7, 2018

 

I wanted to share with you this great opportunity for medical students.

 

This conference offers workshops especially designed for medical students, such as:

·         Approaching Residency Selection and Interviews

·         Residency Training and Beyond

·         Fellowships and Postdoctoral Training

·         Technology in Science and Medicine

·         Funding and Research Opportunities

 

The Conference, for underrepresented minority students/fellows (particularly African-American, Hispanic/Latino or American Indian/Alaska Native students/fellows), will offer breakout and plenary sessions; keynote speakers; small group meetings between mentors/advisors and students/fellows; networking opportunities with professionals from biopharmaceutical industry, academia and the National Institutes of Health; and a program featuring science resources, including fellowships, job and research opportunities, internships, and summer programs.  There is no registration fee to attend. 

 

Completed applications should be emailed to ahmed...@hms.harvard.edu by February 5, 2018.
