Getting incomplete data

Hi, I am a volunteer with a rescue that uses RG. I made a page for them that shows all of their org's successful adoptions. It's supposed to match the one on their existing website built using RG. The page contains alphabetical pagination. However, I noticed for some letters, some animal data is missing.

 

For example, on their existing website, if I filter for animals that start with the letter U, I get 3 results. On my page, I only get 1 result (see attachment below). Not sure if something is wrong with the filters on my API call (see attachment below) but I can't find the missing results when I request all of the data or use a contains filter.
