Animal data is not loading through the api or the dashboard!

The past two years this has happened on this date because the SSL cert expired. Possibly related?

Seems fine today, 11/23, through the API. I find dogs with new search criteria on the app I have been working on.

The production site seems to be working fine. The test site is still non-responsive.
