REMC1 Internet service issue
Date/Time started: Thursday 3/4 12AM
Estimated date/time of resolution: Thursday 3/4 2AM
Description: Merit Networks, a downstream internet provider, will replace equipment causing a momentary outage
Member Impact: All REMC1 Members
Services Impact: All Internet Services
Comment: Merit Networks (the internet provider for REMC1) will be replacing equipment Thursday 3/4 at 12AM. While replacing equipment internet traffic will re-route to a different path. The re-routing of traffic will cause at least two momentary outages between 12AM and 2AM. REMC1 Voice service should not be affected.
