REMC1 Internet service issue
Date/Time started: Tuesday 2/9/2021 at 1am EST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Tuesday 2/9/2021 at 7am EST
Description: Merit fiber splicing during this maintenance window will cause a full MISEN outage for the listed sites
Member Impact: ALL DSISD, MCISD and DIISD districts
Services Impact: All WAN and Internet services
Comment: On Tuesday 2/9 at 1am EST Merit will be relocating approximately 3300ft of underground fiber to accomodate an MDOT project. This maintenance will cause a full internet and WAN services outage for all DIISD, DSISD, MCISD districts. The maintenance window is open until 7am EST but is not expected to take the full window. Please make note of this maintenance window and schedule accordingly.
