Update RESOLVED: The maintenance has been completed without issue.

Date/time of resolution: 5/20/2024 at 11:00PM EST
Description: Please be advised that REMC1 will be rebooting redundant components of our firewall chassis.
Member Impact: All REMC1 ISP Members
Services Impact: Network and Voice
Comment: The reboots are necessary to ensure ongoing performance and stability. Each component will be rebooted one at a time and should not cause a full outage. You may experience a couple of momentary blips as traffic is rerouted. Due to the nature of the reboots there is a possibility of a short outage of a few minutes, however, such an outage is not next expected.
