REMC1 Network service issue

Estimated date/time of resolution: No ETR
Description: A Merit fiber cut is affecting multiple DIISD and MCISD school districts.
Member Impact: DIISD and MCISD
Services Impact: All REMC1-Provided Network and Voice
Comment: Merit has determined their fiber has been damaged fiber North of Mass City. Their technicians will be onsite to locate, assess, and repair the fiber. There is no ETR at this time. REMC1 will provide updates as we receive more information from Merit.
