Date/Time started: Wednesday 2/23 at 11pm EST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Thursday 2/24 at 6am EST
Description: Fiber link upgrades
Member Impact: MCISD, DIISD (except NVAS and FP), DSISD (Except Gladstone and Manistique), MARESA
Services Impact: All WAN and Internet services
Comment: On Wesdnesday 2/23 at 11PM EST Merit will be upgrading MISEN fiber on the span between REMC1 and MTU to begin implementing resilient fiber connectivity for the SEN 2.0 project. Merit has reserved a maintenance windows from Wednesday 2/23 11PM EST until Thursday 2/23 at 6am EST but the work is expected to be completed within an hour. During this time there will be a full outage for the following member agencies and districts: MCISD, DIISD (except NVAS and FP), DSISD (Except Gladstone and Manistique), MARESA
Please make note of this maintenance and plan accordingly.
