REMC1 Internet service issue
Date/Time started: Monday 10/10 at 10PM EST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Monday 10/10 at 1030PM EST
Description: REMC1 will be upgrading their main Firewall Chassis
Member Impact: All REMC1 Members
Services Impact: Internet, All REMC1 Services including Voice Service
Comment: Today Monday 10/10 at 10PM Eastern time REMC1 will be updating the main firewall servicing all REMC1 members. During the upgrade all internet, voice and hosted services will be down for an anticipated 15 minutes. A 30 minute window is reserved in case this update takes longer then previous updates. This update is emergent to fix critical security issues and bug fixes affecting multiple clients. We ask that all members please plan accordingly.
