Update: The first UPS has been swapped out without incident. The second will be completed on Monday morning, 3/6/23.

Estimated date/time of resolution: 3/3/23 and 3/6/23 at 7:40:AM EST
Description: Please be advised REMC1 will be replacing UPSes supporting Merit's MISEN equipment
Member Impact: DIISD, DSISD, MARESA, MCISD
Services Impact: All Network and Voice
Comment: REMC1 will be replacing aging UPSes supporting Merit's MISEN equipment with new, larger capacity, devices. This maintenance will occur in 2 steps. The first UPS will be replaced on 3/3/23 and the second on 3/6/23. All devices have redundant power supplies, so no outage is expected during either swap.
