Description: REMC1 will be updating their main firewall chassis
Member Impact: All REMC1 Members
Services Impact: All REMC1-Provided Internet, Network, and Voice Services
Comment: REMC1 will be updating the main firewall servicing all REMC1 members. During the upgrade, all REMC1-provided internet, voice and hosted services will be down for an anticipated 15 minutes. A 30 minute window is reserved in the event this update takes longer than previous updates. This update is necessary to ensure the continued reliability, stability and security of the firewall and supported networks. We ask that all members please plan accordingly.
