Description: Please be advised that REMC1 will be upgrading the firmware on our main firewall chassis.
Member Impact: All REMC1 Members
Services Impact: All Network and Voice
Comment: REMC1 will be updating the main firewall servicing all REMC1 members. During the upgrade, all internet, voice and REMC1-hosted services will be down for an anticipated 15 minutes. A 60 minute window is reserved in the event this update takes longer than previous updates. This update is necessary to ensure continued reliability and security of our primary firewall appliance. We ask that all members please plan accordingly.
