REMC1 Network service issue
Date/Time started: Wednesday 2/8 at 9PM EST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Thursday 2/9 at 1AM EST
Description: Merit/MISEN routing changes - failover enhancements
Member Impact: MCISD, DIISD, DSISD (Except Gladstone and Manistique), Possibly MARESA
Services Impact: All WAN and Internet services
Comment: Wednesday night starting at 9pm EST and into Thursday morning 1am EST Merit will be making MISEN routing changes. During this time, after the changes, Merit will test failover of MISEN circuits to ensure proper operation. No outage is expected but all affected REMC1 members are being made aware in the case of unforeseen issues.
