REMC1 Network service issue

Description: Please be advised that a network outage occurred in the REMC1 MISEN rack, during a scheduled power outage.
Member Impact: DIISD, DSISD, MARESA, MCISD
Services Impact: Network and Voice
Comment: During a scheduled generator swap, a UPS servicing the MISEN rack at REMC1 failed. A second UPS took over, however it could not sustain the added load during the entire power outage. At this time, all equipment in the rack is powered back up and all clients serviced by this equipment are back online. The failed UPS will also be replaced.
