Date/Time started: 2024-04-11 10pm ET
Estimated date/time of resolution: 2024-04-12 8am ET
Description: Merit Team will be conducting an upgrade of equipment on site. The work will be spread out over the course of an extended maintenance window.
Member Impact: DSISD
Services Impact: Internet
Comment: Merit has re-routed in areas where applicable, and degree paths have been split to avoid further impact. During this time period, network connectivity will be impacted at intermittent periods throughout the span.
