REMC1 Internet service issue
Date/Time started: Tuesday 10/4 at 5PM CST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Tuesday 10/4 at 5:15PM CST
Description: Merit will be upgrading the config on the NVAS main connection to REMC1
Member Impact: Norway Vulcan Schools
Services Impact: All WAN and Internet services
Comment: Tuesday 10/4 at 5PM CST Merit Networks will be upgrading the config on the port servicing Norway Vulcan Schools. There should be little to no outage at all. Regardless, to plan for any unforeseen issue Merit is reserving a 15 minute window for the changes and requesting the school district be aware and plan for this window.
