Date/Time started: Friday June 7th at 11:05AM EST
Estimated date/time of resolution: Ongoing
Description: Severe Packetloss for Menominee and Stephenson Schools.
Member Impact: Stephenson and Menominee Schools
Services Impact: Internet, All REMC1 Services
Comment: Starting at 1105AM Eastern time REMC1 network monitoring reported severe packet loss for Stephenson Area Schools and Menominee Area Schools. This packet loss may affect member network and internet experience. REMC1 has notified Merit Communications of the issue. REMC1 and Merit continue to work together towards a solution.
