Hi Amy,
I have attached an updated quote with the following changes:
- Is there an option to add cocktail mixers for this event? I added our Standard Cocktail Mixers.
- Fresh Orange Juice, Cranberry & Grapefruit Juice, Fresh-squeezed Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Tonic, Club Soda, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Bitters, Dry & Sweet Vermouth, Limes, Lemons, Oranges, Maraschino Cherries & Olives
- Is there a dessert option and pricing? I have included on the proposal for you!
- Plates, utensils, napkins, glassware, etc. are $100? I have included the cost of renting plates, napkins, utensils, etc. Please confirm the venue does not want us using their plates, flatware, napkins, etc. they have onsite.
- Are delivery and pick up included in estimated costs? Yes!
- I see a note under staffing that indicates venue will provide all service staff. We were requesting staffing to serve a plated dinner and provide set up, cleanup, breakdown, etc.; so just confirming that service staff are included in the price. I have included all service staff and culinary that will be needed in order to execute this event. Again, please confirm the venue will not be providing any of their service staff for this event.
- Is there an additional fee for dishwashing? No additional fee. This would change if we were using the venues plates, flatware, etc.

Thanks for the quote. I did have a few questions, and may need a revised quote depending on responses.
- Is there an option to add cocktail mixers for this event?
- Is there a dessert option and pricing?
