PLS HELP -- Assistance with Whova Access and Attendee Follow-Up

Good morning,
Congratulations on a successful 27th Annual Texas Recycling Summit!
NETZERO360™ , led by our founding executive director Lisa Puckett, attended the event onsite, and we are more than glad to support the event as one of the lanyard sponsors.
We are currently trying to access the Whova app and attendee networking features so we can respond to contact requests and continue follow-up while the event momentum is still fresh! As of now, the registration email (mark...@bayareacompliance.com) on file does not appear to grant us any usable access.
Could you please advise on the best way to either update the attendee email access or confirm whether sponsors can download the attendee list directly?
