After reflecting, I do have one outstanding question: are we sure we want to limit the scope of collected materials to facilitate awarding the grantees with a TELA award? I'm concerned about limiting the scope too much on this first iteration, when one of our main goals should be reach - ensuring we receive sufficient applications to represent each of our regions. Let me know what you think.
