Assignment Details from June BOD Meeting

[Board Development Committee]

Greetings Board Development Committee members!

First and foremost, Happy Independence Day! 

At the June BOD meeting, we passed the following motion:
Task to Board Development Committee to perform a comprehensive review of
the STAR Bylaws and present recommendations to the BOD no later than the
September regular meeting.

The STAR bylaws (multiple iterations) are attached hereto for your review along with some changes recommended at a meeting from 2023 (though I can't recall of the origin). Please let me know if you need any other documents or support. I'm happy to search our drive for any information that you may want or need to complete this task. 

The members of this committee are all STAR BOD members are include:

Jeremy Starritt
Lauren McMinn

Thank you! Very exciting stuff happening, y'all!

I will reach out to everyone after the holiday so we can get our 1st meeting underway. Please let me know if there are any days of the week that are off the table for you as far as scheduling. We will do our best to work with everyone's busy life, HAHA!

In the meantime, it would be good to skim or go in depth with these documents before we meet so we can all have at least a baseline understanding of what we're tasked with for aligned communications.
