Reminder: Upcoming Deprecation of 1D Coordinates Service API (switch by May 31, 2025)

Dear API Users,

This is a friendly reminder that the 1D Coordinates Server (https://1d-coordinates.rcsb.org/) will soon be replaced by our new Sequence Coordinates Service (https://sequence-coordinates.rcsb.org/). The updated service includes several minor API adjustments designed to enhance access to RCSB PDB features.

The existing 1D Coordinates Service API will remain operational during a limited transition period and will be decommissioned on May 31, 2025.

Comprehensive documentation is available to guide you through migrating to the new API.
