And now, round two!

Reid Barden (your new secretary) has submitted a resignation from a director position with term ending September 18, 2026.  To keep all nine Board seats filled we'll hold a special election to backfill the new director vacancy for its remaining term.   If you know someone who might be a good fit as director, you can nominate them by emailing elec...@rats.net.  Or, you may nominate yourself!  Candidates are asked to submit a short autobiographical statement for publication along with the ballot.  Ballots will go out soon after the September Board meeting, using the same distribution list and voting platform.
