Dear VEXAG Community,

We invite you to join us for a VEXAG Town Hall at the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. The town hall is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, at 12:00–1:00 p.m. CDT, between the morning and afternoon Venus oral sessions. The Steering Committee has reserved the Woodland meeting room at the conference center (location maps can be found at the conference center). You do not need to be registered for LPSC to virtually attend the Town Hall: use this link to attend online.  Join Zoom Meeting.  

Louise Prockter, Planetary Science Division Director of NASA HQ, will be attending the Town Hall. This is an opportunity to ask her any and all Venus related questions that couldn’t be answered at the NASA night on Monday March 16. If you are attending LPSC in person, please try to be in the room to show her how strong our Venus community is! If you will be attending the Town Hall virtually, send your questions to VEXAG Deputy Chair Tracy Gregg (tgr...@buffalo.edu) by Monday March 16, and she will make sure that your question gets asked. You will also be able to ask questions using the chat option.
