Dear participants,

As promised, here is a short recap of the most important information from the Workshop last week.

Botball Doc 2. Period: March 3rd 2023

Documents:

You can find all relevant documents, as well as the latest Wombat images, at https://ecer.pria.at/documents

Accounts for Homebase/Moodle/Forum:

All the Botball teams check if your Homebase account at kipr.org is working and you can find the submission for the Botball Documentation. (Access credentials were sent to your ADVISOR/TEACHER)

All team leaders check if your Moodle account at https://moodle.pria.at is working and if you are enrolled in the ECER 2023 course. This is where the submission of the paper will take place.

All team members and advisors should join this forum to receive all relevant information!

Rules:

There is an Amendments document for ECER 2023, which specifies extra or changed rules for ECER 2023; you can find it at  https://ecer.pria.at/documents .

Also, check out the What's New document, especially regarding Team T-Shirts, Robot Interference during DE, and Filming rules.

Individual Registration:

Everyone on the team (including the advisor and team leader) must complete the mandatory Individual Registration for ECER 2023. Otherwise, you might not be granted access to ECER. If you have not done it yet, you can complete the Individual Registration here: Register

Communication with KIPR:

If you are communicating directly with KIPR, please only use your School name and Team number. Unfortunately, KIPR does not keep track of your Team name and, therefore, will not be able to identify you by your team name!

That is all for now. Good luck during your preparations for ECER, and see you in March.

Best Regards
Christoph Hackenberger
and the ECER 2023 Team
